The experience of Kalibr Technopark is presented in the framework of the Coordinating Council for the Development of the Digital Economy of Perm Krai

On October 10, a strategic session of the Coordination Council for the Development of the Digital Economy of the Perm Territory opened on the territory of industrial park Morion Digital (Perm)

In the main session, Kristina Zarubina, head of Kalibr Technopark, made a report. The topic of the expert discussion was technology parks in the field of high technologies as a tool for the development of the region’s digital economy. The event was organized by the Ministry of Information Development and Communications of Perm.





Participants of the strategic session discussed the capabilities and resources of technology parks, as well as measures to support IT companies.
The speakers were also Professor of Practice at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo Pavel Luksha, Director of the Science Park of Moscow State University Oleg Movsesyan, Director of the Association of Clusters and Technology Parks of Russia Andrei Shpilenko and Minister of Economic Development and Investment Maxim Kolesnikov.

Speakers told about regional and federal measures to support technology parks and about the best cases of interaction with universities. 

Using the example of Kalibr technopark, the basic principles of the development of the technopark's innovative ecosystem and federal support methods that can be applied to Perm technology parks were considered.

In terms of summing up the results, experts evaluated the prospects for the development of technology parks, the demand for services, and discussed possible ways of cooperation between residents of technology parks.

The event also included presentations of the technology park in the field of high technology, Morion Digital LLC and Technopark Perm LLC .

There are two Perm technoparks - since 2018, Morion Digital, the largest urban-type non-state technopark in Russia in terms of area and investment (its total area after reconstruction it will be 86 thousand sq. m, investment - 726.2 million rubles ), and since 2016, Technopark Perm (total area - 16,949 sq. m, investment - 97 million rubles).
