STUDENTS OF MOSCOW POLYTECH PASSED INDUSTRIAL PRACTICE BASED ON TECHNOPARK “KALIBR”
Students of the Moscow Polytechnic Institute (program "Computer Simulation and Prototyping") were taken to work practice in the Technopark "Kalibr". In accordance with the cooperation agreement between Technopark Kalibr and Moscow Polytechnic University, signed in 2016, one of the areas of interaction is the organization of educational and industrial practices, as well as internships for university students who have demonstrated excellent results in the educational process.
The internship program was compiled individually for each student, and the focus was on the topics of graduate qualification works of students, which they will have to prepare next year. The week of practice started with the excursions that were organized to demonstrate the industrial spaces of Technopark Kalibr tenants specializing in Additive Technologies. Students-trainees visited innovative companies, among them were Ev-Tech LLC, GenTerra JSC, ITC Endoprint, REK LLC, etc.
According to the students, the choice of Technopark Kalibr as a place of practical training was not accidental. Fellow students accepted and successfully completed the practice program a year earlier shared their impressions and advised to apply specifically to Technopark Kalibr, since it was the technology park that became the place for them to use the skills and abilities obtained at the university. tasks. Students passed practice in the Technopark “Kalibr” management company.
They worked on the organization of the III Annual International Conference on Additive Technologies, which will be held in October of this year, communicated with the tenants of the Technopark in the field of Additive Technologies and acted as Technopark employees in the collection of analytical data. A separate task for the trainees was the execution of design work based on ITK Endoprint: students had to reproduce the layout of the prosthetic knee with given geometric parameters. The task was necessary for the subsequent assembly of the prosthesis and the creation of a technological route for its manufacture. Another group of students have been practicing at REC LLC. They began to print parts from various types of plastics on foreign and domestic 3D printers and carried out analytical work on comparing the quality characteristics of products.
The other students have been practicing in the company "Ev-Tech LLC" - well-known Russian brand, manufacturers of self-driving electric cars and electric motors. Before them were set such tasks as modeling the hull and undercarriage of a robotic tractor and creating drawings on the model for subsequent production.
Each of the students was able to try his hand not only in solving production problems using modern 3D modeling and 3D printing technologies, but also within such areas as PR and marketing, congress and exhibition activities, translation.
At the end of the internship period, the students coped with the tasks set and fulfilled their individual plans.
Technopark Kalibr is ready to invite a new group of interns in 2019.
