The change of the name by virtue of the law does not entail a change in the rights and obligations of PJSC Kalibr and counterparties, as well as in relations with institutions and organizations, regardless of the organizational legal form on previously assumed obligations, including under the concluded agreements between JSC Kalibr and your Party.
