The review “Technoparks of Russia” is issued by the Association with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. The purpose of the publication is to determine the level of investment attractiveness of Russian technology parks, emphasize their competitive advantages (compared to other sites in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation) for the placement and development of high-tech companies, as well as to replicate the best practices for managing technology parks and success stories of tenants of Russian technology parks. Since 2019, the Association has officially secured a partnership with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia by signing an Agreement on cooperation in terms of promoting the development of Russian technology parks.

The target audience of the annual review of “Technoparks of Russia” are Russian and foreign investors, financial organizations, investment funds, development institutions, regional and municipal authorities, and the business community.

The annual review of “Technoparks of Russia” is freely available on the official websites of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, trade missions of Russia abroad, foreign representations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, relevant executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the Association of Asian Science Parks, etc.
