On 16th June on the territory of Kalibr Technopark a full-time module of the educational program "Industrial Technoparks: Creation and Management of Activities" was held. This cohort became the fourth.

The event was organized by ANO DPO Institute of Knowledge Economy with the support of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZ of Russia.

The program was attended by representatives of executive authorities in the field of economic, innovation and industrial policy, organizations of infrastructure support for SMEs, managers and specialists of management companies of industrial technoparks, as well as representatives of large and medium-sized businesses interested in the development of sites based on the model of an industrial technopark.

The session was moderated by Alexander Podkovyrov, the methodologist and program manager. As part of the opening of the event, he addressed the participants with a welcoming speech, talking about the structure and logic of the implementation of the full-time module of the program.

The program started with a lecture-workshop “Intellectual Property Management. Patent Analytics and Competitive Intelligence Based on Patent Landscapes ”. Andrey Laenko, Deputy Head of the Project Office of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (ROSPATENT), discussed with the program participants the analysis and systematization of patent information, and also spoke about the key tools for managing intellectual property and the effectiveness of using the patent landscape in the framework of competitive intelligence.

During the second part of the educational day, Semyon Vuymenkov, Deputy General Director of JSC National Engineering Corporation spoke about the management of industrial and infrastructure construction using digital tools: information modeling technologies, life cycle management of capital construction facilities, EPCM technologies.

Rashid Ismailov, Chairman of the Russian Ecological Society, member of the Presidium of the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the field of Ecology and Natural Resources, spoke about the institution of environmental reputation in the corporate sector, the dictatorship of environmental legislation and the role of public organizations. His lecture-workshop "Key aspects of the implementation of state policy in the field of the environment" aroused keen interest among the participants of the educational program.

Also, a tour of the infrastructural facilities of Kalibr Technopark was held for the program listeners.

As part of the working visit, Andrey Shpilenko, Director of the Association of Clusters, Technoparks and SEZs of Russia, together with Sergey Sevostyanov, the General Director of the Technopark  and Mikhail Kogan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, visited the enterprises of Kalibr Technopark residents: the Solstudio Industry digital printing factory, the BASK research and production company , specializing in the creation and production of clothing for low temperatures, military-industrial production, as well as the center for the development of the startup community and high-tech companies of Kalibr Coworking. The final stage of the excursion was Kalibr Children's Technopark. The guests were able to attend a creative lesson, during which students showed the process of preparation, modeling and creation of 3D models, as well as finished models obtained as a result of 3D printing.

At the end of the sightseeing tour, the participants of the full-time module began to defend personal projects for the creation and development of technoparks on the territory of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

At the end of the program, Andrey Shpilenko, the Director of The Association of Clusters and Technoparks summed up the results of the educational program, thanked those present for the work done, and then presented the participants with certificates of advanced training.
