On July 23 RussianBusinessGuide with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation held a round table discussion “Development of technoparks, industrial parks, SEZs in the post-pandemic period. New formats of work with investors. Cases and Best Practices”. Opening remarks were made by Vladimir Gamza, Chairman of the Council for Financial and Industrial Policy, Member of the Board of the RF CCI, and Denis Zhuravsky, Executive Director of the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia. Despite the crisis and post-pandemic, the AIP forecast is quite optimistic. The construction of enterprises and the development of industrial sites continue, there is some shift towards relevant industries, IT enterprises for example. Oleg Prozorov, Director General of the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Russia, spoke about what a potential investor is guided by when choosing a site. The experience of the regions was presented by the Saratov, Ulyanovsk and Moscow regions (Domodedovo and Sergiev Posad). The development trends of sites in the post-pandemic were outlined by the Almaz SEZ, the Istok SEZ, and the Titanium Valley SEZ. Andrey Tolstikov, Deputy Chairman of the Commission for the Development of Regional Investments and Financial Institutions of the RF CCI Council for Financial, Industrial and Investment Policy, spoke about the experience of using the design code of an industrial park as a tool for changing patterns in decision-making by investment companies.

The issues of road infrastructure of parks were highlighted by the General Director of the Draft enterprise Maria Kulkova.

As a result of the event, the Russian Business Guide awarded special awards - memorable statuettes to companies and industrial sites that made a special contribution to the development of regions and the promotion of their investment attractiveness. Kalibr Technopark represented by General Director Sergei Sevostyanov received the award "Best Industrial Site".
