Measures to support SMEs were discussed at the Kalibr Technopark
On February 9, a meeting of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry Committee on Industrial and Innovation Policy was held on the territory of the Kalibr Technopark: "Navigator of SME support measures: The route is built. Measures have been taken."
Traditionally, the meeting was opened by the Chairman of the Committee, Mikhail Kogan. He highlighted the importance of discussing existing SME support programs:
"In the current conditions of sanctions pressure on the economy, we increasingly have to look for new solutions, cope with new challenges. In this regard, the support of business from the state is of global importance."
An important guest of the event was Maria Polyakova, Head of the Financial Accessibility Methodology Department of the Bank of Russia. Maria noted that the Bank of Russia does not directly support entrepreneurs or citizens, but rather sets the rules, oversees and participates in the development and implementation of various support measures: "For SMEs, we have a whole range of programs in which the Bank of Russia participates: the implementation of programs to stimulate lending to small and medium-sized businesses together with the SME Corporation, and Also, within the framework of the national SME project, the Bank of Russia participates and oversees support measures for small companies to enter the stock market"
Speakers that also took part in the meeting of the Committee were: Alina Shaikhutdinova, Head of the Department of Business Service centers: GBU "Small Business of Moscow" with a report on the topic: "Current measures to support business in Moscow"; head of the department "Center for Legal Aid and Mediation" Timofey Ivanenko presented "Force Majeure. Methods of regulation. Mediation"; Svetlana Bogacheva-Urnysheva - Head of the Innovation Pilot Testing Project presented "Moscow Innovation Cluster Support Programs"; Victoria Zvereva, Head of the Department of Export Development of Goods and Services of the Moscow Export Center; Konstantin Burnashev, Head of the client block of the Moscow Innovation Cluster; Alexander Solopchenko, Technical Director of the Center for Testing, Standardization and Certification of Functional Materials and Technologies, also made a comment.
A new format of interaction was tested at the event. Optimization of communication between speakers and participants was created by creating a telegram channel for this meeting, in which guests could get acquainted with the presentations of the speakers and ask a question from the audience to the speaker directly in the chat.
The event ended with a discussion during which everyone had the opportunity to share their experiences or leave a comment. Participants actively asked questions and also exchanged contacts with speakers for further interaction in solving specific problems of SMEs.
The meeting of the Committee on Industrial and Innovation Policy on the topic of SME support measures helped participants to learn more about existing programs, and also facilitated the exchange of experience.
