The Kalibr-Techno production site was awarded the status of a technopark. It is located at the address: 9 Godovikova Street, buildings 9-11, 43. The new technopark includes four buildings with a total area of over 10 thousand square meters. Now Kalibr-Techno will enjoy income and property tax benefits. The land rent rate will also decrease. This will help reduce the burden on regional taxes by up to 25 percent.

The management company of the technopark is PJSC Kalibr, for which this is the second site with this status — along with the technopark of the same name, located on an adjacent plot of land.

Residents of Kalibr-Techno carry out activities in the field of information technology. More than 470 people work in seven organizations. Among the companies is one of the leaders among the job search services and employees of Headhunter LLC, as well as Arkan—M JSC, which has been developing and implementing alarm and tracking systems for more than 20 years. In addition, data processing, prototyping and certification centers are located on the territory of the technopark.

Kalibr-Techno plans to continue work on adapting the territory to the needs of innovative companies: to develop prototyping and certification centers and strengthen communication systems.

Comprehensive development of the territory of the Kalibr industrial zone

By a decree of the Moscow Government, a decision was made on the comprehensive development of part of the territory of the Kalibr industrial zone with an area of 9.01 hectares. It is located near the intersection of Sheremetyevo and Novomoskovskaya streets and the tracks of the Oktyabrskaya Railway (MCD-3). Now there are car service stations, unused warehouses and other facilities.

It is planned to build a modern residential quarter on the territory of the industrial zone for settlement under the renovation program. Several public and business facilities will also be built here, including a kindergarten for 180 children, a sports complex, shops, cafes, offices.

The urban development potential of the site is over 114 thousand square meters of real estate. As a result of the project, about 900 jobs will be created. The estimated volume of investments will be about 13 billion rubles.

Currently, there are 52 technoparks operating in Moscow, including seven investment priority projects for their creation. More than two thousand companies work at these sites, more than 70 thousand jobs have been created.

Since 2016, the volume of investments in the development of Moscow technoparks has exceeded 80 billion rubles. One ruble of tax benefits accounts for more than nine rubles of private investment.

As of June 20, 2023, the Moscow Government has approved and is implementing 36 projects for the integrated development of territories with a total area of over 460 hectares, on which it is planned to build more than 9.2 million square meters of real estate. As a result, over 99.5 thousand jobs will be created. The volume of investments in the implementation of projects will amount to about 854 billion rubles.
