The organizer of the Engineering Forum was the Moscow Confederation of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers). The plenary meeting, which took place on November 22 at The Ritz-Carlton, was devoted to the issues related to engineering staff in the digital economy.
The forum is initiated by the Moscow Confederation of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers) with the participation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Russian Academy of Engineering, Russian Union of Engineers, with the support of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the city of Moscow.
Within the framework of the Forum, current engineering and technical solutions for the city, as well as leading educational institutions and industrial complexes were presented.

The graduate students projects of the Children's animation Technopark on the basis of Kalibr JSC were presented in the framework of the special exhibition zone.

The Forum "Technological Breakthrough. Spatial Development of Russia", in which Mr. Kogan participates, is concentrated on issues related to the quality of life in the regions, harmonizing the settlement system, and developing the potential of territories to strengthen the Russian economy. The workshop "Redevelopment of industrial territories" will become one of the main components of the business program.
