The Moscow Industry and Entrepreneurship Support Fund is implementing a new product - National Equipment.

All industrial and scientific enterprises in Moscow can receive concessional loans for the purchase of new Russian equipment, its installation and commissioning.

As part of the product, companies may spend funds on replenishing working capital, purchasing industrial engineering services; the acquisition of software for industrial needs, as well as the refinancing of the principal debt on the loan received exclusively for the purchase of new Russian equipment.

The loan size is from 20,000,000 to 100,000,000 million rubles, for a period of not more than 5 years at a rate of 3 to 5% per annum.

The share of financing is not more than 70% of all costs (the borrower's own and credit funds are at least 30%).

The minimum amount of funds for the purchase of equipment is at least 50% of the loan amount.
