RESULTS OF THE EVENT “INNOVATIVE MOSCOW: CHALLENGES OF TIME”

More than 200 tools to support innovative entrepreneurs exist in Moscow today. This was announced on Wednesday by the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the capital, Alexei Fursin, during an open discussion organized by TASS in Kalibr Technopark.

According to him, most of these measures are now concentrated in the Moscow Innovation Cluster created more than a year ago. It is based on cooperation, and the task is to accumulate all the support systems that are available in Moscow today: subsidies, loans, benefits, infrastructure and such sites as technology parks.

“I want to thank Kalibr technopark for what you are doing, for the good environment. Moscow is one of the most innovative cities. We help companies in the territories of the clusters find the necessary premises <...> So we just collected what we need and what “What can be obtained now from the offices, various corporations - 190 support tools,” said Mr Fursin.

He also suggested that business representatives begin to gather on a systematic basis to discuss real solutions to emerging problems of innovative companies.

The President of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Platonov drew attention to the fact that the chamber’s platform already integrates the efforts of entrepreneurs and has recently started working with the Moscow Innovation Cluster. So, the founder of Solstudio Textile Group, Alexandra Kaloshina, said that they are developing a completely new technology for printing onto fabrics. In the technology park, they receive full support. Today, Solstudio supplies fabric designs to more than 30 countries around the world.

She raised the problem of the difficulty of obtaining state support for the purchase of software, the imperfection of the current legislation governing the conduct of innovative activities at enterprises, including the absence of fixed criteria for the innovativeness of business and products, the lag of legislative initiatives from modern realities.

The founder and producer of Qoobi project Sergey Avdeev spoke about a unique device for listening to music. According to him, the components of his product are very complex, they are delivered from around the world, the device itself costs about $ 3.5 thousand.

“We needed a quick reaction on the topic of subsidies, because all this is a costly undertaking. And in Moscow it takes no less than six months, and in the Netherlands only two months <...> To produce our device, we need quite a lot of investments, because it’s technically difficult to make from very complicated elements. Entrepreneur Dmitry Ryzhkov, co-founder of SL Pharma and a number of other start-ups proposed introducing the game’s domestic currency of technology parks, a kind of “innovation bitcoin” for settlements within the ecosystem. He also drew attention to the excessive rigidity of the requirements for the development of state funds by startups.

Kalibr Technopark 

Kalibr Technopark is a modern multifunctional business center, which includes a business center and an industrial park. The total area of ​​the business center is about 14 hectares.
