MOSCOW APPROVED PRIORITY BUSINESS SUPPORT MEASURES
Moscow city approved the first package of anti-crisis support measures for businesses affected by reduced business activity and the introduction of restrictive measures in the current situation. The resolution was adopted at a meeting of the Presidium of the Government of Moscow, which was held by Sergei Sobyanin.

For companies working in the field of catering, tourism, culture, sports, leisure and hotel business, the deadline for paying advance payments for the first quarter of 2020 to the tax on property of organizations and land tax will be extended until December 31, 2020.
Also, by the end of 2020, the deadline for paying the trade fee will be extended. These norms will come into effect from the day the federal law comes into force, which gives the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation the authority to make decisions on extending the deadlines for paying regional and local taxes and fees.
Organizations leasing land and non-residential properties from Moscow that have suspended their activities during the high-availability regime in the capital will be exempted from rent for the period of temporary suspension of activity. This applies to organizations engaged in the fields of culture, physical education and sports, exhibition, entertainment, enlightenment and educational activities.
Companies operating in the areas of hotel services, catering and tourism, renting land and non-residential facilities near the city, will receive a delay until the end of the year for making rents for April, May and June. A similar delay will be provided by city enterprises and institutions leasing land plots and non-residential objects.
It was decided to reduce by 50% the fee for contracts for the implementation of trading activities in non-stationary trading facilities located in the passages and vestibules of the subway. The measure was introduced for small and medium-sized enterprises during the high-readiness regime in the city.
Attention: the last three measures will be provided based on requests from organizations and individual entrepreneurs.
