Rubytech System Integrator , founded by Sergei Matsotsky, famous IT entrepreneur and investor, rented 11,022 sq.m. of space in Kalibr Technopark Business Centre. The company will become one of the largest tenants of the technopark: together with partner companies Rubytech will occupy 60% of the facility area.

Having considered many options in various parts of Moscow, Rubytech representatives gave preference to PJSC Kalibr. The Technopark has become an ideal facility that meets all the tenant's requirements in terms of convenience, office space organization and the availability of the necessary IT infrastructure. The Rubytech office will occupy several floors in the new building of the business center. The building has all the necessary infrastructure: a canteen, a fitness center, a conference room, a coworking space, a children's room with animation and access to modern gadgets, a cafe, a library, etc. The spaces are easily adapted to the needs of the resident company in terms of both planning and engineering solutions.

In the beginning of 2015, by order of the Moscow Government, PJSC Kalibr received the status of a technopark management company. Today it is a modern multifunctional business space with a total area of about 14 hectares. Technopark has its own production facilities with a developed engineering and technological infrastructure, warehouses, office buildings and parking.

The facility is located in close proximity to the Alekseevskaya Metro Station and has good transport accessibility.
