On November 24 2020, an online webinar was held on the topic "Effective commercialization in the modern world", organized by Kalibr Technopark, the Delcredere Bar Association, together with Israeli colleagues from Ariel University.

Welcoming remarks were made by Albert Pinkhasov, the Rector of Ariel University Professor and Mikhail Kogan, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Kalibr.

The first speaker, Dr. Eleanor Shkolnik, told how to attract investments in 2020, shared the experience of Israel and opportunities for cooperation. The presentation was held in an interactive format, where the audience could learn how local and global support systems contribute to the creation of an entrepreneurial ecosystem for the high-tech revolution. Eleanor noted that the ranking of 100 companies influencing the future technology environment includes 9 Israeli enterprises.

The next speaker was Mikhail Vilkisky, MBA with a lecture on technology transfer. The speaker, together with the audience, traced the path from invention to innovation and investment attraction, told how to competently prepare a business plan, secure your intellectual property and find investors.

The final speaker was Sergey Savosko, a leading lawyer of the Delcredere Bar Association, who highlighted the key trends and specifics of regulation of startups in Russia, and pointed out what to pay special attention to when regulating labor relations, especially in the context of a pandemic.

The speakers of the event answered the questions of the webinar participants and wished all startups successful development.
