The Final Meeting of the Members of the MCCI Committee on Industrial and Innovation Policy in 2020

On December 24 in the territory of Kalibr Technopark, a meeting of the members of the MCCI Committee on Industrial and Innovation Policy was held. In addition to the members of the Committee, the meeting was attended by Suren Vardanyan, the Vice-President of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Summing up the results of the Committee's work in 2020, Mr Kogan told about the new members of the Committee (Vitulus SME LLC, TD Bulat LLC), the activities and plans of work for the next year. One of the most memorable events held at the Committee's site was the meeting “Smart Moscow: How Artificial Intelligence Changes Life in the City”. This event attracted a lot of attention from the audience and iconic speakers, so it was decided to continue the set of meetings and expert sessions on the topic of smart cities next year.Mikhail Kogan stressed that the purpose of each meeting is to develop joint proposals and recommendations in the format of resolutions, which are sent to the authorized departments and development institutions.

The members of the Committee, in their turn, asked questions, discussed the current state of affairs in various industries. Topics for new sessions were proposed, including the issue of including small and medium-sized businesses in the technological chains of large companies.

In conclusion, Mikhail Kogan and Suren Vardanyan congratulated the members of the Committee on the upcoming New Year and expressed hope for fruitful work in 2021.
