The Results of 2020
Dear colleagues, 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. But even during this time, through the efforts of all of us, we were able to complete it with dignity and look with confidence at the approaching 2021.
Kalibr Technopark for the fourth year in a row takes a leading position in the rating of technoparks in Russia, showing the best results in such nominations as: investment attractiveness, the availability of infrastructure for shared use and the provision of the technopark tenants with services.
The most significant event of the outgoing year was the open discussion "Innovative Moscow: Challenges of the Time", organized jointly with TASS.
In 2021 the Technopark's engineering and laboratory building with an area of more than 40 thousand square meters will be launched, combining coworking, mini-offices, conference rooms, sports and entertainment centers and premises for high-tech companies. Among the future residents who signed a lease agreement for premises in the new building is the system integrator Rubytech (11,000 sq.m. of office spaces). Forbes described this deal as one of the largest since the lifting of restrictions related to the pandemic.
During the pandemic several Kalibr tenants made a significant contribution to the fight against coronavirus infection by offering innovative solutions and technologies: GenTerra JSC - the production of key components for test kits for diagnosing coronavirus infection, the Bask digital factory - the means of protection for the fight with COVID-19, KUBIK PRINTS LLC - production of components for medical equipment for air disinfection, DT Bulat - air recirculators.
The MCCI Committee on Industrial and Innovation Policy, created by us last year, is successfully developing - the number of committee members is growing, several events of different directions have been held related to the development of innovations, measures to support entrepreneurs in a pandemic and the concept of a smart city, plans for the next year have been outlined.
Kalibr Coworking this year was included in the selection of the best workspaces in the city: a selection of the industry publication AdInde together with Beeline and a selection of the Ancards technology company .
A number of major events are planned for 2021, most of which, we hope, will be held offline. Together, we will defeat the pandemic and overcome the crisis. Good luck to all in the New Year!
Mikhail Kogan, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Kalibr.
